Standard turnover includes routine kitchen, bathrooms, floors, trash, bed-making with clean linens on site, and a completion checklist. Laundry, extreme mess, pest contamination and rush service require separate assessment or pricing. No booking or rate is confirmed until a professional accepts the assignment.
